FlexiDry fast drying floor screed enables quicker completion of both new builds and refurbishment projects for offices and business space fit-outs.

• FlexiDry F1 - 7 day dry floor screed was installed at the new Rolex flagship store at One Hyde Park in Knightsbridge where the truck delivering the bulk materials was transported 3 floors in a 30 tonne vehicle lift.

• In excess of 4,200sm of FlexiDry F3, 21 day dry time, floor screed is currently being installed over 5 floor levels in the building of the new Harrow Central Mosque.

• 1100sm of FlexiDry F1 - 7 day fast drying floor screed was installed at the Roca Art Gallery in Imperial Wharf, Chelsea. The final floor finish installed on the screed by Puur Floors was a high end designer, decorative coating.

• The new FlexiDry F1 - 7 day fast drying floor screed has been installed on a UFH system for main contractor Killby & Gayford at the Sacred Heart Church in Wimbledon as part of its £1m refurbishment.

• Watermark Place London - New Riverside Development . In partnership with Warmafloor GB Ltd, FlexiDry F1 - 7 day fast drying screed was used over the under floor heating system for the main Contractor Sir Robert McAlpine.

• Beaconsfield Service Station required different types of screed system to meet a demanding programme including a standard 1:4 Cement / Sand Fibrescreed plus FlexiDry F1 - 7 day fast drying floor screed.

• FlexiDry F3 - 21 day fast drying floor screed was installed on UFH at the new environmentally friendly Burnham Park Centre. The whole building will be warmed using a ground source heating system bored 100 metres into the earth beneath the centre's front gardens.

• Working with Warmafloor GB Ltd FlexiDry F1 - 7 day fast drying floor screed was used in a project at Regent's Place One. The estate comprises 1.1 million sq ft of office, retail and leisure space. Over the next few years, the estate is set to nearly double in size and will become home to around 14,000 workers and residents.

• FlexiDry F3 - 21 day fast drying floor screed was installed at the Milton Keynes Christian Centre for main contractor Mansell.

• As part of the Building Schools for the Future (BSF) programme FlexiDry F3 - 21 day fast drying floor screed was used on the Underfloor Heating system at Hyde Primary School, Colindale, London for Warmafloor GB Ltd.

• A further BSF project which used FlexiDry F1 - 7 day fast drying floor screed was at Earsham Primary School, Norfolk.

• FlexiDry F2 - 14 day fast drying floor screed was installed at Uxbridge College's new £6m sports hall for Main Contractor Kier Group. The sports hall was built using sustainable materials and construction processes.

• FlexiDry F3 - 21 day fast drying floor screed was used at an installation at Playlinks Children Centre in Staines on behalf of Fordingbridge Specialist Structures

• Another BSF project on behalf of Warmafloor GB Ltd at St Michaels School, Kings Lyn, Norfolk used FlexiDry F1 - 7 day fast drying floor screed. This state-of-the-art school will include a multi-use games area, school hall, library and kitchen. The design will be highly energy-efficient, incorporating sustainable features such as the use of roof-mounted solar panels to pre-heat water.

• FlexiDry F1 - 7 day fast drying floor screed was also used in an installation for Kier at Westminster Kingsway College, London.

Where large floor areas are required, in applications from sports centres to bowling alleys, FlexiDry fast drying floor screed helps resist cracking.

• FlexiDry fast drying floor screed is currently being installed in five of the residential plots at the Athletes Village in varying depths and differing dry times. The ability to use one product on a project which offers different dry times is unique to the market place.

• FlexiDry fast drying floor screed has been installed in the new luxury Exclusive Lodges at two Center Parcs Holiday Villages in Longleat & Elveden which have their own individual spa pods which were also screeded with FlexiDry screed.

• 630m2 of FlexiDry F3 - 21 day fast drying floor screed was installed over UFH in one day by four screed teams at the new build sports hall of Frenford Clubs in Redbridge, Essex part of a £5.3m sports pavillion and associated sports facility project for Mansell.

• FlexiDry F2 - 14 day fast drying floor screed was used on the £4million-plus new build project of Finchampstead Community Centre, Berks for main contractor Mansell Construction Services Limited on behalf of Finchampstead Baptist Church in partnership with Wokingham Borough Council  and Finchampstead Parish Council.

• FlexiDry F1 - 7 day fast drying floor screed was also used on a Warmafloor UFH installation at Easton College Equestrian Centre, Norwich -  a £5million equestrian and animal welfare with some of the best facilities in the country. Featuring an Olympic-sized riding arena with a viewing area which will boost the education of around 150 equestrian students. FlexiDry accelerated drying screeds were also used on the Easton College Tennis Centre on the same campus.

• FlexiDry F0 - 3 day fast dring floor screed was installed at the Hurricane Room snooker hall in High Wycombe which had to be rebuilt after the roof collapsed.

• FlexiDry F1 - 7 day fast drying floor screed was laid on top of an Underfloor Heating system at the Halton Tennis Centre in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire.

• FlexiDry F3 - 21 day fast drying floor screed was used on an installation at Stoke Park – Country Club & Resort in Buckinghamshire.

• FlexiDry F1 - 7 day fast drying screed was used on a project at The National Galley in London for the main contractor Shead Reinforcing.

An increasing use of underfloor heating means screed is becoming more widely used in domestic construction. FlexiDry fast drying floor screed is 20 to 30% more efficient as a thermal conductor than an anhydrite screed.

• FlexiDry F1 - 7 day fast drying floor screed has been installed at One Hyde Park, Knightsbridge where the penthouse has been sold as the most expensive apartment in the world.

• 16,000 sm of FlexiDry F1 -7 day fast drying floor screed is also currently being used on The Lancasters a development by Nilsson Architects of 77 luxury apartment overlooking London's Hyde Park.

• FlexiDry fast drying floor screed was used in the building project of “The Pines” in West Byfleet. The builder of the house, Wentworth Homes, won the award for “Best Architecture “ in the Daily Mail Property Awards.

• FlexiDry F1 -  7 day fast drying floor screed was installed in a Dan-Wood Energy Efficient House in Cornwall. The timber framed house was completed on site in just 7 days.

• FlexiDry F1 - 7 day fast drying floor screed was used on the building of a Motor Display Gallery in a manor house in Gloucestershire for a private collector .

All dry time variations of FlexiDry fast drying floor screed have been used in a number of new build and refurbishment residential projects from less than 100 m² to over 3,000m².

• FlexiDry fast drying floor screed 7 day dry time (F1) was used at the new flagship Armani clothing store in Spinningfields, Manchester

• FlexiDry F0, ddry in just 3 days, fast drying floor screed was installed at the new Wasabi sushi and bento restaurant in Hammersmith Broadway Shopping Centre

• FlexiDry F1 (7 day) and FlexiDry F2 (14 day) fast drying floor screeds were used on the mixed Retail sites* at the new Beaconsfield Service Station off the M40

* Retail sites include McDonalds, Marks & Spencer Simply Foods, Starbucks, KFC and W H Smith

• FlexiDry F3 - 21 day fast drying floor screed was used on an installation at the Primark store in East Ham, London.

• FlexiDry F1 - 7 day fast drying screed has also been used on a number of other retail projects including a new build supermarket for Morrisons in Dover & Coolings Garden Centre in Seven Oaks 

FlexiDry fast drying floor screed has many applications across the transport sector, from motorway service areas to railway stations.

• FlexiDry F0 - 3 day fast drying floor screed was installed at the new build Honda Car Showroom in Edinburgh

• FlexiDry F0 - 3 day fast drying floor screed has been installed on the top floor of the Waitrose multistorey car park in Richmond, London (photo shows the area being scabbled in preparation for the screed to be laid).

• FlexiDry F2 – 14 day fast drying floor screed was installed at the new build Honda Car Showroom on the Edgware Road, Colindale, in London which is expected to achieve a “very good” or “excellent” rating under the Building Research Establishment Environmental Assessment Method (BREEAM).

• FlexiDry F2 - 14 day fast drying floor screed was installed on the mezzanine floor areas at Norwich International Airport.

• FlexiDry F3 - 21 day fast drying floor screed was used on the newly built Aylesbury Parkway Train Station in Buckinghamshire on behalf of Turnkey Office Interiors.
